I used college campus launch canoed across slew to lake spitfire. I am sure college facilities were used cruise ballistic missiles nuclear warhead. Post family great camp st. Regis river access had people with eastern European accents. camp cobblestone on Spitfire below Tom ridge the Green family bought spent 200,000 a month for 2 years when I was there 2009 September.

When I went home, I became a New York City Firefighter. But I did continue my education, and now have aMasters degree in Fire Protection Management. And I do remember from my Dendrology classes, how to identify various classes of Trees.

Nothing like it used to be. Watched it change program structure and the type of students it wanted on campus in the four years I was there. They made legal changes under the students' noses, forcing some students to have to seek residence off-campus. Now they've changed the name despite protest from current students and alumni. Don't go here, it's all about the money.

Great place you can sleep

Was a Forestry student in 1973, and spent 3 semesters there. Then I found out that I didn't care for Forestry. But I loves the school and the Professors.

Amazing outdoor and environmentally centered knowledge school. In the right location and also solidly attached to the realities of the modern world. A very worthwhile place to visit if in The Adirondacks! Looking back 40 years, found myself wishing i had chosen Paul Smith's
